I am very pleased with this scope! The reticle is better (finer at highest magnification) than another comparable scope that I also researched and inspected. The salesman patiently showed me various scopes in my price range and I actually first entered the store expecting to take home another brand. This scope exceeds my expectations. Clear glass - edge to edge, very bright, awesome reticle, and the lighted feature allows this scope to excel in low magnification. Nightforce hit a sweet spot with this scope!

This is the 4th NF scope I have bought from Euro. Excellent optic, great eye relief, zero issues with eye box when prone. Downside to this optic is the digillum. The reticle on either red or green highest setting is not daylight bright. With that being said, if you’re using this scope for hunting, PRS, or killing paper, there’s no issues. Use the illume during early dawn/dusk and all is great in the world. If you’re the infamous internet SEALCAGRangerspecialoperatorforces, well then, the illumination is going to leave you sad.

I am a long time NF scope owner and own several. Recently chose a NX8 2.5x20 for a new rifle build over much more expensive brands.
Outstanding glass, lightweight, cust service, build quality, was the criteria. NightForce got the nod once again. They just keep getting better.
I've found the "buy once, cry once" plan with rifle scopes to be prudent in the long run. This scope is priced very reasonably for the quality of scope and glass.

Had a small issue with the windage adjustments. But after calling Nighforce tech support, everything is good to go. I love the turret adjustments, zero stop and how nice and Audible the clicks are. The illumination isn’t as good as the Vortex. In daylight shooting and with the illumination at its highest setting, it’s still hard to see it, so bad, that I feel I have to so a double take, to see if it’s on or off. When comparing the glass quality and clarity I cannot tell the difference between this Nighforce and my high end Vortex scopes. The next question is, will I buy another Nighforce again ? Maybe. They aren’t cheap, but most of us know, our Shooting hobby isn’t cheap. I truly believe Vortex quality is just as good, without the higher price. And their VIP Warranty is allot better. I feel that I’m allot more careful, when handling my Nightforce than when handling my Vortex. Although Nighforce has a lifetime warranty, I know that If I drop my rifle and scope and dent the body, or break something, I’d probably have to pay for repairs. Nighforce also doesn’t include a sun shade. I had to order one
All that said, I give this Scope a 8 over 10 I love it and don’t regret buying it.

Lightweight and great glass. Greater magnification range than the Leupold Mark 5 HD. Liked it so much I also bought a 1-8 NX8.

My new favorite scope. This thing is the best DMR riflescope you can get IMO. Glass is excellent as always.

There is a ranging reticle superimposed on my eyeball. It is so good I forget about it.
