I spent weeks researching optics, reviews, blogs and magazines to narrow my selection. Then I handled Leupold marks, vortex and nightforce at retail stores. I’m talking revenge of the nerds level research and want I found was the NX-8 is brighter than an NXS, on par with Vortex & Leupold and slightly behind the ATACR. Give the my application, 300 PRC steel ringing at distance, I couldn’t justify the almost double cost of the ATACR but love the nightforce package. This is my third NF optic and when it got here today did not disappoint! Mounted in an ERA-TAC unimount this is everything I’d hoped for. Bright, clear, crisp glass. Tactile dents clicks and smooth easy zoom adjustments. It’s a bunch of money but worth every cent!

great scope, i already owned a NF ATACR 7-35x56 MIL-xt, so i was hoping for something with the same reticle but at a less price point that would still be a quality scope for my wife's Vudoo. Nightforce hit a homerun with this scope. 4-32 is still plenty of power and while the glass is not quite on par with the ATACR, it's very close. In fact so close if u don't have them side x side, it's hard to tell the difference. Very pleased and highly recommended. Also europtic was great to work with in ordering this scope.

Worth the money, good bang for the buck no pun intended. Solid construction, rugged just like any other Nightforce. Easy to use, turrets have solid clicks. 10/10.

Eye box is extremely tight. Illumination would intermittently turn on under recoil. Tight spot at 10x in the magnification ring. Sent back to Nightforce. Be nice if they provided a return shipping label but i paid the rediculous amount UPS charges to insure a package for $2500. A week after nightforce having it i received a confirmation that they received it and to expect it back in 8 weeks. I went ahead and replaced it with a Leupold MK5HD 8-35. I think when nightforce gets around to sending me my scope back I'll just sell it and get another MK5HD..

This is my second NightForce NX8 the glass is great very clear and does great in low light. I put this on my 300 PRC Seekins and its been perfect combo even at close range, I can see the reticle clearly every once in a while the light up reticle option helps for clarity.

Great optic! Worth the cost. Very clear. I prefer the turrets on the ATACR, but the NX8 is much less expensive and perfectform Vudoo 22lr. I highly recommend it!

The Nightforce NX8 riflescope definitely lives up to my expectations. It is extremely sharp and clear when looking through and the adjustments for both elevation and windage are very precise. Zeroing on my 6.5 CM was quick and easy after bore sighting. I own several other brands of scopes that are comparable in price but none provide a better sight picture. The MIL-XT illuminated is a great plus for this scope. It remains clear and on target regardless of power settings. A great scope. You get what you pay for and this is definitely worth the money. I would purchase again.

This is a great scope. Love the higher power available in this scope. All the features you need in one scope. I went with this scope for the wonderful price and the reticle that best fit my needs. Couldn’t ask for more. Eurooptic was excellent. Had the scope in no time and even helped me fix an issue when I didn’t complete my order properly. Couldn’t ask for more and the best price around. Another great product by Nightforce. It gets a little grainy at 32 power, but is better than most at this price point. Eurooptic, had it to me in about a week coast to coast.

I haven’t had a chance to get to the range since mounting the nx8 (C634), was but certainly don’t expect any issues. The Mil-XT reticle is everything I hoped for and seems perfect for extended shooting without being cluttered. Light gathering and clarity are also very good, especially considering a 30 mm tube supporting an 8x magnification range. Add to all that the price point and I believe this scope is a great buy.
