Sorry to see Nikon get out of the riflescope business but it made for a very inexpensive way to upgrade to a FFP scope. I own 8 other Nikon products of which none have ever given me any trouble. I am sure this FX1000 will be as reliable as the other ones I own.

This is typical Nikon quality, can't be beat for the price! Made in Phillipines which makes it quite good. The turrets are excellent as is the positive zero. It does have some slight chromatic aberration but not enough to even bother you. The crosshairs are also perfect for long range hold offs. Altogether a very nice scope, especially for the price. Shame to see Nikon get out of rifle scope biz, l own many of them and they all work great, never any issues (same can't be said for a certain brand of American made scope!) Just buy the sucker! You'll be glad you did

So I ordered one on the advice of a friend, it came in we put it to the test, loved in! Went back on line and ordered three more! You can't find a better price and Eurooptics are hands done good folks to deal with. I experienced great customer service. Scott

The scopes fit and finish is very nice. The turrets move smoothly and you can feel and hear every click on the elevation and windage turrets.

Really amazing scope. As others have said, typical high quality Nikon glass, FFP is pretty amazing, great controls, too. 30mm tube is nice as well. Mounting it on a Browning x-bolt in .338 win mag.

It was a heck of a deal at $600 but now it's nearly half that its a steal! I own 2 of the FX-1000 and love them. Great glass, pristine clarity, rugged, solid, and easy to use. At long range the reticle is easy to see. Grab it and save yourself some money before they are all gone.

Best bang for the buck ! Only complaint is the numbering on the elevation turret don’t line up with the center indicator on all the numbers. Maybe about half but nothing to really complain about.
