This a great scope for the $$. Nikon is going out of the scope business so I doubt the lifetime warranty is any good.
EO: Nikon, the company, isn't going anywhere - they will honor the warranty!

Very sad Nikon is discontinuing scopes.
Bought this scope because I liked my M223 3-12 so much.. and this FX1000 is so much better and clearer. Turrets are tight and tactile, reticle goes from barely any illumination to distinguishable looking at a light bulb, zoom is VERY tight from the start, so I bought the switchview lever (which needs 1/32 ground off it from where the bolt connects the loop in order to tighten it down enough).
Wasn't impressed with Viper 1st gen, and 2nd costs double the Nikon now with the clearance.

I almost don't want to leave a review of this FX1000! I'm afraid they will sell out, and I will not get to purchase another one.... before other folks buy em all!
So... What is not to like... Nikon, FFP, Illuminated, 4-16x50mm! Excellent pricing from EuroOptic! I have purchased several scopes from Euro.... They are a top notch company!

As others have mentioned this optic is an amazing value at this price point.
Turrets aren’t mushy at all - at least in comparison to a vortex viper pst gen2 that I’m comparing it side by side with. (I paid ~$750 for this vortex from euro optic mid 2019) so at around $400 this is a steal.
Honestly if it wasn’t for the fact my vortex is 5-25 and this is 4-16 it would be difficult to distinguish them apart from fit and finish to quality of reticle and glass. Both made in Philippines.
Do your homework and pull the trigger on this.
I’d buy more if it wouldn’t possibly lead me to being divorced.
