I bought 200 piece of this brass to try out. I have 100 piece of Lapua and on the back order for 3 months, so I gave up on Lapua after I found out about Peterson brass from Snipershide.com. My first impression was the brass shipped in a plastic ammo box, foamed, brass are chamfered and annealed.
I'd weight each brass and all of them are weight in between 169.7 grains to 170.5 grains which is awesome. So, I decided to weight some Hornady brass to compared and Hornady brass weight in between 136 grains to 156 grains.
I loaded up 100 rounds and went to the range. The primer pockets are tight, as tight as the Lapua.Very please with the result. This is a good deal on high quality brass plus they are Made in U.S.A.

This stuff is super legit! Made right here in Pittsburgh, my home town, it will now serve as the ONLY BRASS I USE moving forward! Price is right, company seems great, and the quality most importantly is TOP NOTCH!! I ordered 100 6.5 CM SRP and 50 6.5 CM LRP... after seeing and testing the quality, I wish I ordered 500 of each!! Oh yeah, the ammo box it’s shipped in... NICER THAN THE MTM green boxes I’ve bought in the past! Anyway, I’m super stoked to find this brass from a company that manufactures them 15 mins from my house! Can’t wait to load them up and give them a try! I will update my re Jew after shooting in case there is an issue, but I can say after weighing and measuring the empty cases, they are quite literally the most precise cases I’ve ever pulled out of a box! Beat all my other brass, which is Lapua, Norma, Hornady, Nosler, and Winchester!

Very consistent. Weight only varies by about 1 grain from case to case. I love how it's packaged so the necks aren't all dinged up when you get them. Capacity is about 2gn less than the federal brass I was using but it takes about 1gn less powder to get the same velocity.

Due to the quality, Peterson brass is my brass of choice for reloading. It surpasses all other brands of brass that I have used, and I have used several.

This brass is the best I’ve ever used. I’ll never pay Lapua money again. This was easily Lapua quality and is American made. The case volume is Lower than anything so adjust your load accordingly. I was getting single digit SDs pretty much every time. Often under 5.
