Email Communications



When you create an account, place an order, or sign up for our newsletter, you agree to receive email communications from EuroOptic. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the link provided in each message. We do not sell or share your email address with third-party marketers, though newsletter opt-ins may be used for co-branded promotions with trusted partners. Transactional emails related to your order will continue regardless of subscription status.



Saving Credit Cards on EuroOptic.com



We're very pleased to be able to offer our customers the ability to save their credit cards for the convenience of return shopping. However, it's worth noting a few points regarding this feature, so that you can understand how seriously we take your privacy with respect to credit card information:



  • We never, ever store your actual credit card information on this site, even when we "save" your credit card. The payment gateway issues us a token that represents your card information, and this token cannot be reverse-engineered to represent you or your credit card information at any other store in the world - it doesn't contain your card information and can't be used anywhere else.
  • We don't allow you to add new shipping addresses without re-entering your card information. Adding a new shipping address means we ask you for your card info again, to prove you're you.
  • We've increased the password complexity requirements so that your account is more secure.



SMS Terms of Service



  1. When opted-in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. These kinds of messages may include quoted pricing and other offers going forward.
  2. You can opt-out of this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number. After you text “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
  3. If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword HELP. Or, you can get help directly from us at our Contact Us Page.
  4. Carriers, such as AT&T, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Currently we only send SMS messages when quoted pricing is requested, and therefore you will only will receive SMS messages when you request them.
  6. The website uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart including when you have abandoned your cart and this information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.
  7. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

The EuroOptic mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by EuroOptic (“EuroOptic”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.



By consenting to EuroOptic’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of EuroOptic through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).



You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with EuroOptic. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.



We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other EuroOptic mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.
