I bought this rifle scope to top my custom 300 wsm. Just by looking through it I was sold 350.00 over my budget and lower power then I wanted. But it was to me the clearest rifle scope I've looked through.I do own Leopold vx 3 and a Zeiss conquest tho both of them are good. The Leopold is good not quite as clear but thinner cross hairs make it easier to hit out longer the Zeiss is clear but the readical (rapid Z ) is busy but does what it says out to the ranges for the most part the field of view for me at least seems to be narrow even tho it's my largest dia scope 42. The vortex seems to track great and has the same eye relief at 2-10 no sliding my head around with magnification. I got the German style bdr is good but it's the single dot is hard to spot on black bear (from experience)

The scope has great clarity and field of vision and the reticle is fast fast but accurate. The hardest part to believe is the unbelievably light weight for a scope of with this capability. Thanks again for the great scope at a fabulous price.

Excellent quality optic although a bit heavy for its size, likely due to robust construction. I like the near perfect tracking, locking turrets, quality HD glass and coats. On the downside, the power ring is very tight and the reticle is way too fine for hunting the thickets on the sunrise side of the Mississippi. At the range the fine center dot is wonderful, in lowlight woods, not so much. All in all I do love the scope.

I have now bought my second one of these scopes. Is awesome glass and I don’t think anything in the price range is close. Reticle is different but I like it.

The glass is excellent, it is clear, collects light well and adjusts easily. I also like the reticle although first time I have purchase a reticle like this. Would highly recommend. I don’t think you can get a better scope for the money.
