Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, EuroOptic will refund qualifying orders within 15 days of delivery, less applicable restocking fees, shipping charges, shipping protection, and charity donations.
General Return Conditions
- Items and packaging must arrive in the same condition as shipped.
- Modified, warrantied, transferred, or used items are not eligible for return.
- Ineligible items will be returned at the customer’s expense.
- Approved exceptions may be issued as store credit only, subject to additional restocking fees.
Restocking Fees:
- $15 for orders under $1,000
- $25 for orders $1,000 and over
- $75 for NFA item returns
Restocking fees cover handling costs and do not include the cost of a return label.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items- Items arriving damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped will receive a prepaid return label and will not incur restocking fees.
- Items delivered in good working order are not eligible for free return shipping.
- EuroOptic is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments unless using a EuroOptic-issued return label.
Firearms, NFA Items, and Bows
- Inspect all firearms and NFA items before transfer. Once transferred or fired, they are non-returnable.
- FFL transfer fees and tax stamps are never refunded.
- Crossbows, bows, and airguns that have been assembled or fired must be handled directly through the manufacturer.
Optics and Accessories
- Mounted or used optics are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee or may be refused.
- Applies to all riflescopes, red dots, magnifiers, chassis, and mountable accessories.
Triggers
- Once installation has been attempted, triggers cannot be returned.
- For defects or warranty issues, contact the manufacturer directly.
Ammunition and Components
- No returns or exchanges on ammunition for safety and regulatory reasons.
- Lot number variations are not eligible for return.
- Ammunition components (e.g., bullets, brass) may be returned if boxes remain sealed and undamaged.
- Damaged components will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Clothing and Footwear
- Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- Footwear must be in new condition, returned in its original box, and protected by an outer shipping box.
- Base layers and undergarments are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Credova Orders
- Orders paid through Credova must be returned in full.
- Partial returns or cancellations cannot be processed.
Shipping & Packaging
- Include all original packaging and materials.
- Use the original shipper box or a similar protective box.
- Missing or damaged packaging may void eligibility for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
- Report all shipping issues (missing, damaged, or incorrect items) within 72 hours of delivery.
- The 15-day return period begins when the package is delivered. If you won’t be available to inspect the order, contact us before shipping.
Return Authorization & Processing
- Returns require a Return Authorization (RA).
- RAs are valid for 15 days after issuance; expired RAs will be closed.
- Refunds are issued, and exchanges shipped, once the Returns Department processes your return:
- Standard: within 48 hours (non-firearm returns)
- Firearms: within 7 days
- Peak seasons: up to 2 weeks
- For urgent replacement needs (e.g., upcoming hunts or matches), contact Customer Service.
Returns and refunds are processed only through the account holder using the original payment method. If a friend, family member, or dealer placed the order on their account, they must initiate the return.
EuroOptic reserves the right to refuse any return that violates good faith or falls outside these terms. Large or special-order returns may require management approval.
