Very nice handy 20 inch barrel. Very accurate! Thumbhole stock allows for precision shooting,& handling characteristics. Stainless Steel.

Bought this and added a Leupold vx5-HD 2x10 duplex with firedot. This is a great rifle. Very comfortable to shoot, and was shooting 5 shot quarter covers on first outing at the Range at 100 yards...the scope is fantastic as well...will sell my vx-3i 3.5x10 and get another vx5-HD for my tikka t3X lite. Service was great...will be using Eurooptic again for sure.

I needed a rifle that could take the elements and this is it! Having never held one in person I was suspect on how the stock would feel. Sako did their homework on this one…it comes up nicely and while it feels like other plastic stocks, there isn’t any flex and it shoulders instinctively. I appreciate the milled integrated pic rail. Solid attachment point. First trip to the range cured any questions about accuracy. 5 different types of ammo all within 1.5 MOA of each other. Best yet, minimal fouling when I cleaned it after the range session. I’m impressed.

The S20 has proven to be a great hunting platform. It's accurate, well balanced, and weatherproof. I bought it to complement the rest of my SAKO quiver, which all have beautiful walnut stocks. The S20 is now my go-to rifle when hunting from a treestand or confined quarters. She's very handy with the 20" barrel. The plastic stock takes a little getting used to - similar to what I have on AR platforms, but she comes to the shoulder naturally like all SAKOs and just feels good. My only complaint is the cheek piece riser is a little noisy if it rubs a branch. Don't worry about the empty magazine rattling around in the well. It won't when loaded.
