The ROMEO3MAX Pro Micro Red Dot was designed with input from Team SIG Captain and 7-time World Speed Shooting Champion Max Michel to create a high performance, competition ready pistol optic. The overall design promotes fast, intuitive shooting. It features a low deck height and a massive 31mm lens – this makes finding the reticle significantly faster and optimizes the height over bore axis. The large lens also improves the shooter's situational awareness and increases the shooter's field of view. Like many of SIG's optics, the ROMEO3MAX Pro can be activated with MOTAC (Motion Activated Illumination System) which powers up the reticle when movement is detected and powers down during prolonged periods of motionlessness. Alternatively, the optic will automatically power down when the rubber sight cover is placed over the optic. Additionally, the ROMEO3MAX Pro mounts via the common DeltaPoint PRO footprint, and boasts a 20,000 hour battery life.
