Eurooptic is 5 stars. It has been great to deal with them. Great customer focus and great prices. Now to the Romeo5 XDR. For whatever reason, the first sight had a green glare and / or shadow projecting on the glass.
E-mailed customer support on a Saturday and got a response right away. In less than an hour had a rma and shipping label. Got the second Romeo5 XDR it was much better on the glass.
Removed the base to install the included riser to find one of the screw holes partially stripped.
I was able to catch threads with the short screws but with the riser and longer screws it would just spin and not thread. Since I did not feel this was Eurooptic fault I contacted sig Warranty and have since sent it to them for repair. I have not been able to use this sight yet as to the issues. Both Eurooptic and Sig have provided great customer service and customer focus. But as for this Chines assembled dot sight, i will be focusing on spending more and getting an American made dot sight.

Not a good optic, failed right out of the box. Included battery did not work, so replaced with a new one and over tightened cap. It came on, but only the dot and the bottom line of the triangle displayed. And even that one line is crooked and uneven. Made in China says it all, low quality, badly manufactured and defective. I have many optics from Euro Optics, Burris, Leupold, Hawke and more... and none of the ever let me down. But this one is borderline junk, Never again Sig Sour.
