SureFire Dedicated Forend 500 LU WeaponLight for MP5/HK53/HK94 328LMF-B

Absolutely love it. It's an iconic forend with great ergonomics. I initially purchased the pressure pad only variant from a different supplier, but after months on backorders, I canceled and bought the dual mode variant here at eurooptic. So glad I did. It is much nicer than I had envisioned. The toggle gives you a free hand when operating such as turning a door knob while opening a door. I went with the short 1 battery variant mostly due to aesthetics, but also because since the dual battery variant sticks out past the barrel, I don't want to add to the OAL. 1hr of run time is plenty. 500 Lumen is more than enough bright as well, especially considering all of the previous incandescent models were only 60 lumens. Plus I ordered the surfire rechargeable 123B's and charger for dirt cheap, so just keep that in your BOB. This foerend is on a Billistics transferable machine gun, which is a converted HK94. Fitment is perfect and tight. I also have an SP5 and the fitment is equally as good. I'll be designing a vampire dual mode lighthead adapter for it to run IR. It will use a Scout M300V head. I might also set it up to have the toggle switch between white light and IR and the pressure pad to activate it. That or just use the rotory selector on the M300V and used the factory wiring of the forend. I'll order a 2nd one of these forend's soon to experiment with converting for night vision. Overall though, I could not be happier with this purchase. Fantastic price at Eurooptic and super fast shipping. I'll order another one soon.
