The SOCOM300-SPS is the quietest suppressor ever built by SureFire, and has been optimized for .300 Blackout carbines with 10-inch barrels or shorter. The SPS utilizes a series of highly specialized V-shaped baffles which deliver maximum noise reduction especially when using subsonic ammunition. The SBS also reduces visible muzzle flash by a remarkable 99.5% including first-round flash, a common issue found on lesser quality suppressors. The superior sound suppression, combined with the virtual elimination of muzzle flash makes the shooter nearly invisible to the enemy when using the SBS at night. In addition, the SOCOM300-SBS attaches to the weapon via SureFire’s series of Fast-Attach mounting adapters including the SFMB, the SF3P and the WARCOMP.
