The SureFire XC2-A-IRC Handgun Weaponlight is the perfect addition to a nighttime pistol set up. Using MaxVision Beam technology, the XC2-A-IRC produces a powerful 850nm beam of infrared illumination, greatly enhancing the capabilities of modern night vision devices while remaining completely invisible to the naked eye. The XC2-A-IRC's infrared laser sight provides an 845nm IR beam that stands out on a night vision device, and withstands recoil so re-zeroing is rarely an issue. This weaponlight has two operational modes: momentary-on and constant-on. Momentary-on is activated by pressing down and holding one of the ambidextrous toggle switches, this will cause the device to remain active for as long and the toggle switch is held down and deactivate when released. The constant-on is activated by quickly pressing and releasing one of the toggle switches, this causes the device to remain active until switched off.
