I ordered this scope and a VX-5HD 3-15×44 on the same order, compared them side by side and kept this one. Glass was equally as good to my eyes. The Credo HX had slightly better light transmission, which is to be expected with the larger objective, but nonetheless I was impresed since I've always read of Leupolds legendary low light capability, and I have a VX-6 and VX-3. Parallax adjustment was the same on both, made the images crisp and clear at any distance. Selling point was the green illumination and the reticle. I really like the single dot center and the simple cross hair style holdover marks. Sighted in easily and turret clicks adjusted as expected.

I really like this scope. Through all magnifications it is crystal clear. The parallax dial is accurate which isn't always the case on scopes woth a parallax. I like the etched information in regards to MOA for holdovers at different magnifications. I was nervous about the green illumination, but once I saw it I actually enjoy it more than my red illuminated scopes and it is easier to see during daytime hours. This will be a very good hunting scope even out to long ranges!

I love everything about this scope except for the dot reticle , it's very hard for me to see on targets with a black background .
The illumination didn't work correctly so I had to send it back to Trijicon , so I haven't shot it with illumination yet . Maybe when I get it back it will be better , we will see .
But the glass is clear and the action seems crisp on the turrets .
I wouldn't buy this reticle again , I would prefer the standard crosshairs , but that's just me .
