First time customer after searching the interwebs for this relatively new item. Found it actually in stock and at the best price here at Eurooptic right around Black Friday. Product shipped promptly and was packed well. Very pleased with this RMR (now mounted on my VP9) and with Eurooptic. I'll be back!

First impressions are very positive. I went with this model for the adjustable brightness feature as mentioned in a couple competent youtube reviews. This feature is interesting to me for night shoots where the brightness sensor, since it is looking at the dark sky, does not set the dot brightness high enough to work well with the weapon light. There are a number of other scenarios where this is helpful as well. I have only tested indoors so far, but it works as I thought it will. Proof of the pudding will be outside at night, but I anticipate all will be well. Side note, I bought this particular version of the adjustable unit over the others purely for the mil style markings. I figured it would be easier resale if it didn't do what I needed, but I don't think I will be getting rid of it!

Small optic but a big purchase for me so I wanted something that was proven to be durable and reliable. So far it has proven to be just that.

Works great and looks awesome on my M17. I especially like the automatic adjustment to compensate for different lighting conditions.

Great addition to my FN 509 Tactical, easy install but I did have to take it to a gunsmith to have it zero. Oh it was the best price on the net.

This is my first pistol mounted optic, and I have had very good first impressions with the RMR. I have this mounted on an FNX 45 Tactical and it seems to be holding zero pretty well. It took me about 200 rounds to get accustomed to the RMR but once you get used to it, it’s much faster and far more precise than iron sights. I’m not sure if the HRS model is any different from a standard type 2 RMR other than the markings/color, but EuroOptic had the HRS for cheaper than what I could buy the standard type 2 RMR for elsewhere. I don’t regret buying the HRS one bit.
