This lever gun chambered in the widely available .45 Colt cartridge will surely turn heads at the range, with its A-Grade walnut stock and case-hardened receiver, fully engraved with a pattern based on a 19th century original. The 1873 Limited Edition short rifle features an blued octagonal barrel with a 1:16" right-hand twist. Exclusively to the 1873 Limited Edition Short Rifle, Uberti manufactured this rifle with the "John Wayne" loop, the oversized lever is perfect for shooting while wearing heavy gloves.

Even after waiting close to one year for the rifle it was worth and then some! Uberti outdid itself with this rifle . It is a spectacular firearm! From the beautiful wood to the excellent engraving! Hat’s off to Uberti again for making a great gun to look at but will be shot! U
