great glass, very bright illumination, 2/10th mil dot helps with a precise POA. The illuminated part of the reticle is transparent, so on 10x it does not obscure the target. On 1x, there is some edge "curvature", but I notice that on the Razor 1-6x as well. Focus on target and it's not an issue. On 10x, the eyebox is tight, but I would think I'd be on a bipod or rest to be using/needing 10x. I put this Razor 1-10x on a LMT MWS .308, and it's an awesome combo.

This is a great scope. It does everything. On 1X, it is awesome and the eye box is very forgiving. Past 6X, you need to adjust your cheek (move it forward a little) to utilize the 10X recital. That is the only issue I have seen and that is not a big deal. The Illumination is great, truly daytime bright. Overall, this is a 10 out of 10 scope.

This is the best LPVO on the market. Super bright, Great Glass, Eye relief and Eye Box are awesome. It weights the same as the Gen II 1-6 and has a bigger FOV (34mm vs30). All around great scope. People complain about the eye relief on higher magnifications, this is not correct. For 1X to 6X it is fantastic and higher then 6X you do need to move you face up a bit on the scope but that is expected because of the higher magnification.
Overall Vortex made a WINNER!!

Amazing scope! Glass is as clear as a bell. I was reliably ringing steel at 600 yards with a 16" DDM4V7 through a break in foliage with a 15-20mph cross wind using the mil hold overs.

I was expecting more from this optic. It has a great amount of features but for the premium price I wouldn’t re purchase this item.

I don’t know what some of these other guys are talking about when they’re saying it has a forgiving eye box. No it doesn’t…the illuminated reticle flickers if you’re eye isn’t at least 95% behind the ocular lens. For a 2k+ scope there are better options like a March F Shorty dual focal 1-10x which has a superior eye box by comparison. The March is also lighter at 17.8oz and has a parallax adjustment.
