I was hesitant to switch from Leupold to Vortex. But man, this glass is amazing! It’s definitely comparable to my Leupold VX5 HD rifle scope. Just as crisp and clear. The focus on these is easily adjusted and they fit well in the hands. Overall a quality product and so glad I made the leap.

I'm very happy with this purchase. I'm going on an elk hunt next fall and I wanted a better set of binos to glass with. I've got a Razor HD spotting scope, so I wanted something in lower power as well. They pick up a great deal of light in dawn/dusk conditions, and the clarity is great. They're a little hefty (~2 lbs) but that's what you get when you buy a 10x50 optic. For comparison: When I bought my Leupold Yosemites several years ago, they were a big upgrade to the junk I was carrying. The Leupolds served me well in the deer woods for years, but the difference between them and the $20 Walmart binos I was replacing is about how much better the Vortex are than Leupold. Also, I don't think any glass company can really touch Vortex's warranty.
