Compared this thing side by side with my Razor. The Viper is PST is basically a Razor that’s an oz heavier. As far as glass clarity and dot brightness, couldn’t tell much difference. Though I think the Razor has a better dot. The razor also has some nicer features, like a locking illumination turret, which is nice. I like that I have both for different applications. If I had to choose one, it would be the Razor. BUT for less than half the price, about $500 vs $1200, you get an excellent scope ALMOST on par with the Razor. So if you have that AR sitting there with no optic and you want a great LPVO but don’t want to fork over an arm and a leg, throw this Viper PST on it like I did and you will be extremely happy with it. Heck you could get two of these for price of the Razor. You can’t go wrong.
