Bought this scope at the recommendation of a friend. Always have had expensive European scopes but decided to give Vortex a try. The scope that I received did have a small potential defect. I contacted Vortex and they next day air'd a new scope to me to replace it no questions asked. The new scope arrived and is awesome. Their customer service has ensured that I will be a future customer and tell others about my experience. Awesome scope and even better company to deal with.

Ordered this optic a week or two ago (my third PST gen II). Eurooptic must have read my mind pre-checkout cause I had it a day and a half later, clear across the country.
Unfortunately that’s about all that went well. I mounted it and went out to the range. Followed the instructions to set the zero/rzr zero stop like usual. However the Zero stop never engaged after I zeroed the rifle. Took it home and followed the zero instructions a few more times, and it still would not engage.
Called Eurooptic and let them know, they advised me that Vortex has a phenomenal warranty and to give them a call. I asked if I could return it for another or towards a different optic and the CS Rep explained unfortunately he could not authorize that, and again explained Vortex would take care of the issue.
Wish Eurooptic would have at least been willing to exchange it for another/alternative, as I had just purchased it. Nonetheless, called Vortex and they had me try a few things and then had me ship it to them.
Haven’t experienced issues with any of my other PSTs. Things happen. Just not a fan of making a new purchase and having to utilize the warranty immediately. Especially, on a product that was defective upon arrival.
Waiting for final resolution from Vortex.
Will purchase Vortex Optics in the future.

I purchased this scope for a Bergara HMR Pro in 300 Win Mag equipped with the Bergara 20 MOA long action base and Vortex Pro Series medium rings. This package is excellent. After bore sighting and adjusting the elevation turret, point of impact for my first shot at 50 yards was 3/4” right and 1/2” high. No windage adjustment was necessary. I immediately moved to 100 yards and fired two more shots. Point of impact was again 3/4” right so I made no adjustment to the turret. I ran out of time so on my next range day I will perform a ladder test at 200 yards with 8 different loads. The scope makes tests such as these a pleasure. The glass is clear and bright with no distortion. The reticle is superb for precision shots. The Gen 2 PST’s are some of my favorite scopes. I have several 1-6’s, 3-15’s, and 5-25’s depending on the application. EuroOptic had the best price and service. I received the latest scope in two days. I could not be happier with this package. It doesn’t happen often when no windage adjustments are needed to get on paper at 100 yards. It is a testimony to the precision od all the components.

Got this scope as part of a package with the Tikka TAC A1 and it is a very nice optic. Clear, crisp images at all magnifications and a very usable reticle. The package that Eurooptic offered was an amazing deal - easily the deal of the year! I've shot the package out to 1000 and have nothing but good things to say about it. You can spend a lot more for a similar optic, but I doubt you can find a better value for the money. Wouldn't hesitate for a minute to buy again.

Exactly what I expected as I spent a lot of time researching this scope. This is a great scope I put the quick release 30 mm mount on it .
Euro optics had the best price and had it in stock ,when I was looking to buy, this scope was out of stock every where else.
Also the the staff at euro optics was steller to work with. I will definitely buy from them again.
