Really like the D- Cock Feature. Bow is extremely accurate. The scope is killing the battery, the red and green will only last a day before the battery will die. This has been going on since the first day I bought the bow. Scope has been sent back to Ten Point 4 weeks ago. Have tried 4 different new batteries in scope is defective. Waiting for a a response from Ten point.

Awesome crossbow. Very fast and accurate amazing to shoot. Decock makes it easier to pull back. But time consuming. Overall great crossbow.

Since hunting season is not open I've only shot at a target, but the accuracy is amazing. I remove the arrow after each shot because I am afraid I will hit and damage the first arrow if I aim at the same bullseye. I don't want to ruin an expensive arrow like Robin Hood.

Love the Raider 400 De-Cock with the adjustable stock and rope sled. I wanted something light weight, without a crank, and the ability to safely de-cock. This fit the bill perfectly. Price was right, American made, and from a reputable company that specializes in crossbows. Bow is 5 stars, but some small QC and marketing errors dropped the overall rating to 4 stars. One, the advertised pre-sighted at 20yds scope was WAY off, so I suggest checking the screws and boresighting the scope before sending the first bolt downrange. Fortunately, I only lost one bolt before I was able to find where it was actually hitting. Second, all the bolts for the scope rings and base were loose upon inspection, and found to be metric rather than standard that one would assume from an American made product. Minor issue, I know, but just added a little frustration at the time. I did send an email to the marketing contact listed on the website several weeks ago, but received no response. But since they just solicited a review, I figured I add my observations. Again, great bow that is now all dialed in and functioning perfectly. I had considered some of the higher end bows, but this package gave me the exact tool I was looking for. I would definitely purchase again.

After spending a lot of time researching I decided on Tenpoint/Wickedridge. I wanted a bow with decock and priced under $1000. The Raider 400 was the one I wanted and I was surprised that it weighs less than most I've checked out. Can't wait for hunting season@

My second Wicked Ridge crossbow but the first with the Accu draw/de-cock. I'm having some accuracy issues. It has around 200 shots through it. From the first time using the Accu draw it starting separating the serving on the left side and after awhile the right side is messed up too. Now the last couple of times I've shot it when you are cocking it back the last 5-6 inches is much harder to crank. It's also taking some of the finish off the left side where it starts getting harder to crank.

acurate shooting crossbow, you can break nocks @ 50 yrds. my real beef with the raider is 400 fps advertised with 370 gr. bolt and mine aint quite 380, it shoots 366-368 with 400 gr. bolt that came with it. received data from my chrony and proshops. if it was a little closer to advertised id give it a 5 star cause it is a fine, tite shooter!

I have a prosthetic leg and shoulder, I thought my hunting days were over. My wife bought me the raider 400 decock, and now I'm able to get back in the stand and enjoy hunting again !

This crossbow is easy to use, very accurate and fast. I especially like the de-cock feature so you don't have to shoot an arrow to release the string. The value for this great.

I absolutely love my raider from my first shot hitting the target writhing an inch at 50 yards to the ability to de-cock weather I want to or have to for whatever reason. And furring at over 400f/s is absolutely sweet to feel and hear

Love this crossbow and the price was perfect. Shot it in at 20 yards and was putting three in a quarter size target within three shots. Love the de-cock, so quiet and fast. Plus it’s very lightweight and the was a deciding factor when purchasing this crossbow.

I purchased the raider 400 crossbow for its light weight and its decocking devise. I had trouble with other crossbows with discharging them after hunt. I would have to bring bag or use discharge bolt. It is nice to use decocking devise after days hunt. Very easy to use.

This is an awesome setup, especially for me as a disabled veteran who has problems with regular archery equipment and manual cocking. The crossbow was easy to assemble, the quick mount quiver was a little odd. When mounted crosswise on the riser the bolts stuck out about a foot farther to one side. I substituted a longer quiver from my old Wicked Ridge, problem solved. Being right-handed, I found the right-side quiver mount would have been too close to the cocking crank, especially in cold weather with gloves. I ordered the string stops and limb silencers from Ten Point, which were very easily installed. After I saturated the strings and cables with wax, lubed all the mechanisms I went to sight in. First shot was within 3" at 20 yds and in 6 shots I was dead center. Shots at 30 and 40 yds grouped dead center, no further adjustment was necessary. Crossbow was really quieter than expected. Haven't tried 50 yard shot yet but with the sizzling speeds I believe it will be dead on as well. I love the cocking and decocking system, took a little practice to do it smoothly. This is very important for me with my arm and shoulder limitations. I also bought a Wicked Ridge soft case from TenPoint which fits perfectly and the large zippered external pocket easy holds my loaded quiver and small plastic case with necessities. I can hardly wait for hunting season when this crossbow will prove itself well. Thanks, TenPoint for the discount certificate after registration. I wish I'd known, it would have come in handy for my subsequent orders for the accessories.

A good bow and I love the decock feature. Only negative is the quiver which I don’t care for and it is still a little on the heavy side but then again I am a old experienced hunter.

The raider 400 de-cock is the first crossbow I've owned and i am very impressed so far. It's built ergonomically correct in all aspects, nice and light, user friendly. The main feature that sold me on this crossbow is the cock/de-cock capability at its price. It only took 2 shots to get it zeroed in @20 yards, and was very satisfied with the speed and consistency. The only issue I've had is with the cocking claw not staying tight while in the stored position. Not sure if this is a common issue ot not. Overall I am very satisfied with it, can't wait to get to hunt with it.

Just bought this bow a couple weeks before season was over. I’ve been hunting with a crossbow that was getting harder and harder for me to cock. I’m older and weaker than I use to be , but not ready to give it up yet. Shoots accurately and easy to operate. Would definitely recommend this bow.

Accurate and fast! I had an older crossbow and the transition was like going from a VW Beetle to a Mercedes. I have taken several deer this year including a beautiful and large 8 pt buck. It was a long 45 yard shot and the buck laid dead 50 yards away from where the bold passed through it.

Overall a great crossbow, lightweight, and smaller than other brands with same ratings…the only reason I’m giving 4 stars is the scope…doesn’t gather much light and the reticle is not illuminated…your weapon is only as good as your optic will allow..but the crossbow itself is great.

One of the C Clips holding the axle pin popped off so I hade to wait to receive a new clip. The screw holding the scope rail was lose so it shot off a bit until I tightened the screws. Then the decock function started to misfunction so I sent it back under warranty

I love my Ten Point crossbow, it's easy to maintain, cock and shoot. Lighted knocks make it easy to see when I've hit my deer. I wish my de-cock was a little better to use in the Dark, but I have an older model.

I am a disabled veteran with an arm injury and have not been able to hunt with a bow or crossbow for over 13 years. The new cocking device is a game changer that has provided me the opportunity to be able to enjoy archery life again. It is smooth functioning and easy to operate. The only negative I have is the scope that came with it is something I would prefer to be upgraded. I have upgraded the scope due to limited visibility and it is now a very accurate killing machine.

Right out of the box it was very accurate. I bought this for my wife so she could pull it back. The de cock is a great feature and easy to understand. She shoot her first deer a couple days later. The deer went 20 yards.

Premium crossbow for a fraction of the price. This new WR Raider 400 has all of the features of a top-line TenPoint. I've shot it and found it is as fast as crossbows twice as expensive, and it's unique design makes it a pleasure to carry. Very light. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants the quality, features and dependability of a top-end crossbow.
