I'm a graphic designer and photographer in addition to enjoying firearms. I know from cameras the importance and difference quality glass makes. Zeiss makes some wonderful camera lenses for Sony, so when I saw these Zeiss binoculars, I was immediately intrigued. After watching a few YouTube videos on them, I was pretty well sold, but the price was a bit more than I wanted to spend for my first pair of binoculars. Not that they weren't worth the $600, but I didn't realistically know how much I would use them when hunting, so I was back and forth between these or an entry level Leupold option. I went to a Bass Pro shop and looked through a pair they had and was impressed. At the time of writing, the blaze orange color (only) is on sale. At first, for $350. I didn't immediately bite, but then they dropped to $299. I got them immediately. The build quality is what I expected. They come with a nice case. Glass looks very clear and sharp. The focus adjustment has a good feel to it as well. Taking them out to the farm to test really had me in awe, since I had previously only gotten to look through them inside the store. Euro Optic has always been the best place to buy glass from scopes to this. Fast shipping and the best prices anywhere. If you're interested enough in these that you've read this far - hit buy! They're definitely worth it. Especially if you get them on sale, you seriously cannot go wrong. But even at regular price, I don't think you'll find better glass in the price range. Zeiss knows there stuff.

The Zeiss Terra 10x42 is the best glass that I have ever looked through for its price range. And with Euro Optic having them on sale (blaze orange and black) it was a no brainer to buy another one.

After having gotten used to what I had always thought of as decent binoculars and spotting scopes, with this purchase I now know what quality optics really are. Image quality in terms of absence of chromatic aberration and ability to focus is amazing. On a clear winter day, I am able to discern individual tree branches at approximately 2 miles. Low light performance is equally impressive. For this sale price, one would be foolish not to buy a pair of these.

nice glasses for the money--reviews rate it almost up there with my 3x price binos-- and I would agree. At this price I may buy extra set to keep in glovebox for watching a local bald eagle

I purchased the Zeiss Terra Ed 42 binoculars as a Christmas present for my husband. Eurooptic had the best selection of colors (I didn’t even know you could chose a color!) and best service. I highly recommend these binoculars, crisp and clear, and I highly recommend Euro Optic. I would purchase from this company again.

I bought this as a gift for my son-in-law. The glass is very clear as expected from Zeiss. I looked through them during daylight and low light hours and was impressed with the glass. I'm sure my son-in-law will be pleased!

These are great binoculars and especially for the money. I carried them to Argentina this spring for hunting. My guides were very impressed with the clarity and would have liked to have had them. Since then I have purchased two more to go in my side by side and pickup to be used on my ranch. I fully recommend them.

This is the first pair of nice binoculars I’ve bought for myself. I’ve looked through and used ones that others had but I always had a cheap pair. They are really high quality and very clear. I’ve been impressed with them in low light, bright sunny days and in between. Very easy to use and adjust. I recommend them to anyone. Glad I bought them, will use for many different applications.

Phenomenal value for the money. I purchase a pair of these binoculars for my girlfriend to use on a hunting trip to South Africa and for the closeout price, I don’t think there is anything else on the market that competes in the same price range. The black orange is a plus in my book.

I bought these binoculars as a gift based on the brand, Zeiss, and their reputation. They have not disappointed at all. In comparison to my Steiner Predators, which I consider very good binoculars, the Zeiss outdo them in clarity, field of view, and brightness. The only problem I have is the wait to give them as a Christmas present or when we go hunting this Fall.
