Accuracy International 6800B AX50 Black Rifle

This Accuracy International AX50 is designed for military use as an anti-material weapon system. It features a proprietary, flat bottomed, high grade steel action that is bolted to a full length aluminum chassis. A full width recoil lug totally eliminates movement, ensuring this Accuracy International .50BMG will maintain zero under absolutely any conditions. Two pressure release points minimize blowback in the event of a cartridge failure ensuring safety of the operator. The integral Picatinny Rail provides an internationally accepted interface for optical systems.The two stage trigger maintains a large sear engagement until the first stage is taken up, thereby reducing the risk of an accidental discharge and can easily be removed for cleaning by simply loosening two socket-head screw.

The AX50 barrel is screwed into the action with a large, 39mm diameter thread, guaranteeing consistent cold shot performance from the rigidly mounted 27" match grade free floating barrel . The double chamber muzzle brake, screwed on and tension clamped, effectively reduces recoil, muzzle flash and dust eruption.
