The ADM AD‑170 TAC is a tactical‑lever variant of the ADM AD‑170 scout‑light / attachment mount, intended to securely bridge SureFire 951–style weapon lights (and similar bodies) to a MIL‑STD‑1913 (Picatinny) rail. It retains the core structural design of the AD‑170 family—precision machined from strong aluminum alloy, with tight tolerances and dual‑bolt clamping—but swaps the standard locking lever for a "tactical" (often thicker, more ergonomic, or larger throw) lever optimized for rapid engagement/disengagement or gloved operation. The tactical lever gives the user faster manipulation under stress, while preserving the “zero” alignment stability inherent to the ADM clamping geometry. Because it shares much of the same form as other AD‑170 mounts, it is low profile, lightweight, and intended for rugged field use without adding unnecessary bulk. This will fit the Liemke LUCHS-1 35mm Thermal Clip-On LO-LUCHS1, but separately purchased M5x8mm screws are required.
