It comes equipped with the improved Pro Lifter to make reloading easy, fast, and allows the shooter to remain focused on the target. To ensure maximum speed and superior accuracy, the 1301 Tactical Mod 2 comes equipped with a semi-flat tactical style trigger that delivers a crisp break and reduced reset to make follow up shots and fast and accurate. Speed is increased even further thanks to Beretta’s exclusive “B-LINK” gas operating system. This innovative design makes the 1301 Tactical Mod 2 cycle shells 36% faster the majority of shotguns in the same class thanks to a cross tube piston design, an elastic piston seal, and rotating bolt head. In addition to speed, the B-LINK system is extremely reliable due to the strong closing force of the action as well as re-engineered gas ports that reduce mechanical friction and fouling.

Other upgrades include an improved forend with aggressive knurling to provide maximum grip and control over the weapon.
