EuroOptic's Top Binocular Harnesses
Less isn’t always more. But anything that helps me have less stuff on my back with easier access to the gear I need, is cool in my mind. Stone Glacier makes one of my favorite binocular harnesses on the market. They are extremely adjustable, simple and functional.
Velcro was cool when I was eight years old and it still is. The Stone Glacier Sentinel uses Velcro to attach auxiliary pouches for rangefinders, spare magazines or other admin items. They also use the Velcro to adjust for different binocular sizes – everything from the Swaro 8x32 to the Sig Sauer 16x50 Zulu6.
It features a Hydra-Shield laminate which means it’s totally waterproof. It’s a hard-to-find feature in a harness surprisingly enough.

Grab one, throw a rangefinder pouch on one side and a GP pouch on the other, and a bear spray holster or a bottom pocket underneath (a sidearm is better than bear spray if wind doesn’t exist). With a properly kitted out harness you almost don’t need a day pack anymore! You have all your tools, a knife, a compass, a license, spare ammunition and your glass. Everything you need for the final stalk, all within easy access on your chest.
The Stone Glacier comes in two colors, two sizes and is ready to work as hard as you are to bring home the trophy buck you're chasing.
