With its tang shape, the Borden Rimrock SSR Action is a direct replica of the Remington 700 short action. This right-hand, Rem .308 PPC Rimrock SSR action has a standard handle and Borden Bumps for a very close bolt body to action bore fit when the bolt is closed. Other features include concentric threads, perpendicular bolt face, perpendicular locking lugs, perpendicular action face, 8x40 milled and thread milled holes, removable trigger carriers, stainless steel hardened body, and Sako style extractor. The SSR model is designed to fit Rem 700 stock inlets making them ideal for light hunting and BR hunting rifles.
