Upfront I'll state I am not a fan of bushnell as brand I think they have let their quality slip greatly. But bottom line: this item Impressed me. I did have a need for a long distance range finder. But like most I have a budget. I have used this item on multiple occasions including two weeks of sun, snow, rain and subzero temperatures in November. This item works. But one must understand its limitations. It will not range to a full mile of brush, trees, etc. Like many even more expensive models ability is dictated off reflectivity of targets. Hunting with several different people I got to compare this against other brands and the largest variation was two yards. It never fogged and the FOV is large enough and the clear lens I was able to leave my binoculars at camp. The smart phone pairing is a joke and offers no advantage over using the internal adjustments. Overall I would buy another one of these.

I have not yet tried it in the field. But I have used it at home to get familiar with it. It works great. I can't wait to use it in the field. I have high expectations.
