Cuddeback CuddeLink J-Series Long Range IR Camera J-1521

The CuddeLink J-1521 Long Range IR is a high performance trail camera that comes packed with additional features that lesser cameras fail to include. It comes outfitted with Cuddeback’s industry leading 1/4-seond trigger speed, which allows it to photograph animals that are walking or running. This lightning fast trigger speed is perfectly complimented by a rapid recovery time, that makes the camera ready for a second shot 1 to 2 seconds after the first to capture a second animal following the first. The ultra-fast trigger speed, followed by a rapid recovery time gives the J-1521 the ability to capture 2 images in the same time it would take other cameras to take just one. These images are taken in 20MP and are full color in daylight, or black and white at night.

Other features of the J-1521 Long Range IR Trail Camera include CuddeLink compatibility. This proprietary wireless feature doesn’t require cellphone reception or WiFi, and doesn’t have any fees or subscriptions. Instead it incorporates a mesh network which allows up to 24 Cuddeback trail cameras (additional cameras sold separately, Gen II firmware update required) to communicate and transmit images to each other, before sending the images to a conveniently placed home camera so you only have to check one camera instead of multiple cameras. The camera to camera range varies, with a typical range being ¼ mile in a moderately wooded and flat area, a ½ mile range in a heavily wooded hilly area, and up to a 1 mile range in a wide open flat area.
