Modeled after CVA’s renowned Accura V2, the Optima V2 Muzzleloader delivers a plethora of quality features at an unbeatable price. Just like the Accura V2, the Optima V2 uses the same trigger guard actuated breeching lever, internal parts, and trigger. The stock is 100% ambidextrous, and is available in an ergonomic thumbhole version or a traditional rifle stock version. Both variations feature a CrushZone pad to reduce felt recoil, and are outfitted with a generous cheekpiece to promote proper alignment between the shooter’s eye and a mounted optic/iron sights. The Optima V2 comes standard with CVA’s exclusive Quick Release Breech Plug – a tool free breech plug that can be easily removed with just a twist of the fingers even after extensive shooting. In addition, the Optima V2 is available with either DuraSight fiber optic sights or a DuraSight DEAD-ON one piece scope mount compatible with 1" scope tubes and up to 44mm objectives..
