The 457 Varmint Precision is CZ’s response to the ever growing popularity of precision rimfire competitions. This purpose-built match winner utilizes CZ’s heavy-barreled 457 action paired with a lightweight CZ Varmint Precision Chassis. To provide greater shooter comfort, the 457 Varmint Precision is equipped with a Luth-AR stock, which can be finely tuned to the shooter’s desired length of, pull and cheek height. The 457 Varmint Precision’s bolt features a 60-degree throw, this was chosen to increase scope compatibility especially on scopes with a larger ocular bell and lower ring heights. Under the recommendation of US Hunter’s Education instructors and 4-H shooting coaches, the 457 Varmint Precision is outfitted with an American-style push-to-fire safety – a configuration that American shooters are more accustom to. In addition, the 457 Varmint Precision features an adjustable trigger, and M-LOK attachment points for adding accessories.
