This is my third Docter red dot so you may glean that I really like them. They are extremely reliable and withstand the G forces on one of my .45ACP glocks. If I need another red odt I will ghet another Docter.

Use it for driven big game in Europe.
Excellent overnieuw of the surroundings.
Throw your gun to shoulder and dot is on target.

Really great sight, the battery is easy to replace, but yes the sight has to come off. Light sensor works great, comes with cover, gaskets, and a tool to zero. Holds zero once on target. Threw it on my P99. Awesome!

Battery Change requires removal of the MRDS from the optic plate, and a replacement of the seal ( only 2 provided, 1 time use ) for water proofing! As it is not bad enough, to zero, you have to unlock two screws, besides the zeroing screws.
These locking screws almost touch my back up rear sight, again requiring the removal of the MRDS from the optic plate.
If you have the HK VP9 Long Slide w/ the Optic Cut, the Noblex Sight III IS NOT FOR YOU!

I am getting older and have mounted this sight on my Jeffery’s double rifle. I have used it now on two Safaris in Tanzania, and could not be happier! It works wonderfully and I am much more confident with the rifle vs only open Express sights. This is a game changer for sure
