Don Allen Custom .270 on Pre 64 Model 70 Winchester Action

Don Allen was a custom gunmaker who appreciated fine firearms and ultimately was the founder of Dakota Firearms. This rifle was built by Don pre Dakota and is built on the standard Winchester Model 70 style action with controlled round feed but with improvements. Chambered in the classic 270 Winchester with a straight grained walnut stock it shows very little field wear. It features a point pattern checkering configuration and with a steel pistol grip and a black recoil pad.
