Greetings Using a Steiner M5XI scope for LR, I called Steiner & Sig Sauer Germany to ask for recommendation. Independently I was refered to ERA-TAC. I chose the variable unimount. True German engineering! Built to last and with precision in mind. Compared to the other high-end mounts (of which I own a few), I will give this product an excelent rating.
I have several of their mounts and they are insanely well made. All of them the quick release type, and the return to zero is crazy good. Significantly better than the Larue mounts (which I also own and have their place).
Use them on all my guns.
Great Mount.Not for guys using Tasco.You get what you pay for.
