Garmin's zūmo XT2 GPS was built from the ground up for motorcycles, and comes packed with Garmin exclusive features to enhance your ride. The 6" ultra bright display is easily readable in any lighting condition, can be view in both landscape and portrait mode, and its touch screen can be operated when wearing gloves. The zūmo XT2 offers a whole host of navigational features. When paired with a compatible smartphone, the zūmo XT2 access the Tread App. This allows users to track friends with the Group Ride Mobile feature, and Group Ride Radio accessory (sold separately) and the Group Ride Radio Y-adapter Cable (sold separately) for tracking other zūmo XT2-equipped riders with no cellular coverage needed. The Tread App allows user to find new routes, bookmark them, and automatically sync them to the zūmo XT2 as well as adding difficulty ratings, photos, and favorite routes to share with other riders. Additionally, the Tread App can be used to track data such as speed, distance, and acceleration, manage tracks and routes, and receive real time weather and traffic alerts.
On top of the Tread App, the zūmo XT2 can provide direct satellite imagery from around the world via BiresEye Direct with no annual subscription required. The zūmo XT2 can also quickly toggle between on-road maps, topographic maps, and BirdsEye Direct Satellite Imagery so you can always have the perfect map for your ride. The Garmin Adventurous Routing features allows users to find the most thrilling routes with hills, curves and sights, and choose from 4 levels of difficulty. Additionally, the zūmo XT2 GPS is compatible with the inReach satellite communicator for two-way messaging, location sharing and, in case of emergencies, SOS capabilities.
