The Geissele Super Duty 5.56 NATO 16" 1:7" CHF Bbl Black Stripped Upper Receiver w/15" MK16 SMR 08-247B brings full-length duty rifle capability to a custom build, without asking you to source parts you'd rather choose yourself. A Super Duty upper mates to the 15" MK16 rail through Geissele's center aligning tab, the same rail-to-receiver connection that eliminates rotation on every Super Duty variant, no exceptions for the longer barrel length.

M-LOK slots run the rail at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions, giving real mounting flexibility for lights, foregrips, or bipods, while a full 12 o'clock picatinny rail handles optics or anything else that needs a true 1913 interface. This Geissele Upper receiver is built on the same rail family USASOC operators trust, scaled up to a full 16" configuration.

The barrel itself is 16", cold hammer forged and chrome lined with a 1:7 twist, finished in manganese phosphate for corrosion resistance that holds up well past a standard coating. Geissele's proprietary Geissele Length gas system, tuned specifically for this barrel rather than a generic mid-length or carbine setup, keeps cycling smooth and consistent. It's precision machined at Geissele's own North Wales, PA facility from materials selected specifically for the job.

As a Geissele Stripped Upper, BCG, charging handle, and muzzle device selection are entirely up to the builder, and at 16" there's no NFA consideration to work around, this is a standard, ready-to-configure rifle-length upper.
