Geissele Super Duty MOD1-A .300 Blackout 8" Pistol 08-690S pairs the MOD1-A's ambidextrous control layout with a chambering built specifically for suppressed and unsuppressed work in the same package, finished in Desert Dirt Color for a low-visibility profile.

An 8" cold hammer forged, chrome-lined barrel with a 1:7 twist runs on a custom pistol-length gas system through Geissele's Antistrike Super Compact Gas Block. This Geissele Super Duty MOD 1 platform pairs that with the Phased Array® gas system and Tri-Port™ metering, which eliminates the need for an adjustable gas block entirely — the barrel just cycles clean whether it's running supersonic loads or heavy subsonics through a suppressor.

Ambidextrous controls carry over from the full MOD1-A lineup: a left-side magazine release below the Maritime Bolt Catch, and a dust-cover-actuated bolt catch and release on the right, so reloads stay instinctive regardless of hand dominance. Inside, a Nanoweapon-coated Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group runs alongside a forged Carpenter 158+ Stressproof Bolt, built for the kind of round counts that start exposing weaker bolts. The SSA-E X® trigger with Lightning Bow® rounds out the controls with a clean, repeatable break, and a 7" MK16 rail with Geissele's Center Tab mating keeps the whole front end rigid.
