This Kimber Special Edition Amethyst Ultra II is a great compact 1911 in .45 ACP. It offers all of the American manufacturing, accuracy and reliability that you have come to love from Kimber. This special edition Ultra from Kimber features amethyst purple slide and small parts, match grade aluminum trigger factory set at 4-5 pounds and tactical night sights.
Kimber has gained a solid reputation for manufacturing highly accurate 1911-style pistols, offered with a wide range of custom features direct from the factory. The Ultra Carry II is designed for concealed carry/personal defense with performance-enhancing features to get you on target quickly. An aluminum frame keeps weight down to a minimum and resists corrosion from carrying the pistol close to the body. The frame and the steel slide have a matte black finish to further minimize corrosion, and prevent unwanted reflection in low light environments.
