The UNS-SR by Knights Armament is a high-performance clip on night vision device designed specifically for night time shooting at ranges under 500 yards, and is highly suited for mid-sized AR platforms. It pairs perfectly well with short-range optics such as Trijicon’s ACOG series, as well as most 8x magnification daytime optics. It attaches via picatinny rail, and doesn’t impair the eye relief or degrade the accuracy of range-tested day scope. In addition, the UNS-SR is equipped with a Gen III intensifier tube where the refractive lens provides high performance light collection while still remaining lightweight and compact.
