Lantac LA-XR15 Onyx .223 Wylde Intermediate 14.5" Bbl Rifle 01-FA-14-ONYX

Lantac’s LA-XR15 Onyx delivers high performance right out of the box. Assembled by a team of skilled rifle builders, the LA-XR15 Onyx is outfitted with Lantac’s 7075-T6 billet receiver precision machined from a solid block of aluminum alloy. The 7075-T6 receiver is then carefully tumbled and then blasted with a proprietary media to create a satin smooth finish. The magazine well is properly broached with an internal flare to make reloads faster and more efficient, and the rear takedown pin area has a spot face machined into it, making it easier to push the pin through the receiver. The upper receiver’s bore features a barrel extension area which is deliberately undersized to create an incredibly tight barrel fit with perfect concentricity and alignment. The receiver also utilizes a radiused cam pin recess and patented CP-R360 Domed Head Cam Pin fitted to the E-BCG (Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group) that reduces wear and friction. The E-BCG itself features enlarged and forward facing gas holes that vent gas away from the shooter and the Carriers flared tail enhances accuracy.

Other features of the LA-XR15 Onyx include the SPADA-ML 13.5” freefloat handguard. Its machined from 061-T6 Aluminum and finished with a Type 3 Hardcoat Anodized coating. The handguard features the patented Anti Slip & Anti Rotation system to strengthen the handguard in the receiver end area and allows strong clamping forces onto the barrel nut. Additionally, the LA-XR15 Onyx features a pinned and welded Dragon Muzzle Brake for improved recoil management and reduced muzzle rise.
