More expensive but better brass. It was also immediately available.
It didn't chamber well in a custom rifle with a .290 neck. Full lenght resiszing and neck siziing solved the problem.

This is the best brass made, hands down. In the case of the 6.5X47 it is also the only brass made. It is a good thing you can get 10 times more loads out of a case than most brass. I also use Lapua for .223, 22-250, and 308.

I've been using Lapua brass for many years. Mostly 6mm BR, 308 and 223. This is the first batch of 6.5x47. As usual this brass is straight and very consistant. This is the best brass available if you want to build accurate loads.
