The optics are crystal clear and bright . I was able to range a piece of heavy equipment at 865 yards and a tree line at 1147 yards in the late evening. Oddly enough, the rangefinder has issues with highly reflective surfaces such as stop signs. I was unable to get a range reading on several of the signs that I tried under a 100 yards. I'm guessing that the surfaces are just too reflective, almost mirror like, but that is not an issue for me since the intended use is for hunting. The scan mode is also a great feature. The size and shape of the unit makes it very easy to use and the eye cups are comfortable to use for long periods. I would highly recommend these. The Eurooptic price made these an even more incredible bargain! Nothing compares at this price point. If you're on the fence, don't hesitate to purchase. You will not be disappointed.

The glass is extremely clear, as would be expected with a Leica optic. The laser works as advertised to a distance that is well beyond what is needed as a practical matter. And works down to 10 yards as well, meaning very useful for bowhunting too. Overall size and weight are acceptable, and the ergonomics are outstanding.

Optics as expected from Leica, easy to use, great price for this model from Eurooptic. Ranging ability seems good, haven't stretched it out yet tho. Worth the money for the binocular use alone.

I have been using separate binoculars and laser rangefinder for years. That combination works okay for elk hunting, but while spotting and stalking pronghorn, things happen much more quickly and I just don’t have enough hands to manage rifle, binoculars, and rangefinder. That is now a thing of the past. Superior optics and ergonomics make acquiring and ranging objects fast and easy. I haven’t quite decided whether the actual/ballistic range function is helpful, maybe I am still getting used to it. If you are looking for a binocular/rangefinder combination, look no further. You won’t find anything better than the Leica Geovid.

Superior Optics, crystal clear and bright even in low light conditions. Range finding is immediate and performs as advertised. I shopped several places and you won't find a better price than that at Euro-optic.

It's a Leica. It is the best. I have never spent this much on a rifle but for these it is worth it. Europtic has the best price.
