Leupold's Mark IMS 35mm Integral Mounting System solves two of the most common issues faced when mounting riflescopes on AR-type platforms: scope height and eye relief. It features a forward cantilever design and places the scope forward on the rail to provide a larger field of view, and positions the optic 1.5 inches off the rail - the same height as open sights on the classic AR platform. This makes it easier to use the scope without struggling to get low enough on the stock.
