Mossberg's series of 500 Bantam Shotguns are well-rounded and designed to fit smaller statured shooters. All Bantam models have a smaller grip for easier trigger reach, an EZ-Reach forend for shorter reach while cycling the action, and shorter barrels for better balance. Like the other shotguns in the 500 family, the 500 Bantams come standard with a set of dual extractors, twin action bars, and an anti-jam elevator. Cycling the action is remarkably short, allowing shooters to send quick follow up shots or engage multiple targets. Additionally, the 500 Bantam is available in either 20, 12, or .410 Gauge as well as with either wood or synthetic stocks.
