The NightRide Trailblazer 640 USB is a high-resolution, vehicle-mounted thermal camera designed for operators who need direct plug-and-play integration with a laptop or tablet. It is built around a 640 x 512 uncooled micro-bolometer sensor paired with a 9mm lens delivering a wide 48-degree horizontal field of view, capable of detecting heat signatures from pedestrians, animals, and vehicles up to 660 yards away through complete darkness, fog, rain, snow, and smoke. The USB variant streams video and draws power simultaneously through a single USB-A 3.1 connection, eliminating the need for separate monitors, power cables, or dedicated displays and making it a particularly clean solution for law enforcement, public safety, and commercial fleet vehicles already equipped with in-cab computing. The unit is sealed to IP69 standards, consumes just 4 watts powered via 5V DC USB, and delivers continuous 30hz thermal imaging across an operating temperature range of -40°F to +140°F.
