The Sako 85 Carbonlight is an ultra-light, high-end bolt-action hunting rifle built around the proven Sako 85 action. The Carbonlight replaces heavier composite furniture with a CFRP (carbon-fiber) stock that keeps the rifle exceptionally light and rigid while providing a soft-touch finish and ergonomic cheekpiece. The rifle uses Sako’s three-lug, controlled-round-feed 85 bolt, a free-floated cold-hammer-forged stainless barrel (fluted on many factory builds), an adjustable single-stage trigger, and a detachable box magazine — a package aimed at hunters who want premium accuracy and easy carry in mountainous or long-trek conditions.
