Description
New for 2021, the S101 Highland XTC is the lightest rifle produced by Sauer weighing in at just 5.5 lbs (5.7 lbs for magnum calibers). It features an ultra-light carbon fiber stock which has a recoil absorbing effect in addition to a sleek and aesthetically pleasing appearance. The S101 Highland XTC’s cold hammer forged barrel has also been given the advanced Diamond Like Carbon coating, which is roughly 40 times thinner than a human hair but provides maximum protection from rust and wear. In addition, the S101 Highland XTC is equipped with the DURA SAFE direct firing pin safety that provides a quiet and instinctive sliding operation.
