Shadow Tech HOG Saddle OD Green w/Brown Pads MOD 7

The Hog Saddle MOD7 is currently a standard issue item with the U.S. Marine Corps and boasts several improvements over its predecessor. It opens ¼” wider when compared to the previous design and features a retention button screw to prevent unintentional disassembly while in use. The MOD7’s weight has also been reduced to 15.8 ounces and additional cut outs better help accommodate tripod heads and QR plates with anti-rotation pins. In addition, the MOD7 is milled from a solid piece of aluminum and has received a hard anodized finish. The MOD7 also sports ¼” thick recessed pads to absorb rifle recoil and decrease muzzle jump.
