Made to fit over other layers, the Kelvin Hyperdown features an 800-fill PrimaLoft Gold Down Blend insulation – a material that resists clumping in wet conditions and maintain warmth. This insulation is paired with Cross Core Technology, giving the wearer an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio of down and the compression-resistant performance of synthetic insulation. The Kelvin Hyperdown also features a 27D ripstop polyester face and 10D ripstop nylon lining resists snags and tears. Additionally, the Kelvin Hyperdown features zippered hand pockets, dual interior mesh dump pockets to warm socks, liner gloves, or other accessories, and features an adjustable brimmed hood.
